Balanced Communication

When we offend someone and then get offended by their offense, we add our responsibility to theirs.That person then has to process your frustration on top of their own hurt. If we offend someone, it is our responsibility to acknowledge that. By taking responsibility for our own emotions and responses, we keep communication moving forward in our relationships.
